Adam Lallana have completed a move from Liverpool to another Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club on a free transfer.

The England striker's contract at Anfield ended after the completion of the 2019-20 campaign and the 32-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with the Seagulls.

Lallana who joined the Merseyside club in the summer of 2014 from Southampton will be returning to the south coast of England after undergoing a successful medical.

The forward who is understood to have had offer from other Premier League clubs including Leicester City finally chose to play for English topflight division side Brighton.

Adam Lallana scored 22 goals in 178 appearances for the Reds, winning the Premier League, the Champions League, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup during his six-year spell with Liverpool.

He struggled with several injury problems under Jurgen Klopp but the German boss kept faith with him until the end of his contract.

And after winning the Premier League title with the Reds, Adam Lallana was grateful for getting to say goodbye to the people who mean so much to him in the right way.

He played 15 matches in the just concluded season and scored just once which was the equalizer against bitter rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Croatian defender Dejan Lovren has left Liverpool to sign for Russian side Zenit St, Petersburg after spending six years at Anfield.

The 31-year-old signed a three-year deal for a fee in the region of £11million after helping the Reds win the Premier League and the Champions League in the previous season.

Dejan Lovren could only appear in Jurgen Klopp's side in ten league games at the just concluded 2019-20 season.
