Nigerian football star Adule Charity has signed a new two-year deal with Premiere Iberdrola side Eibar after a successful first campaign with the Spanish club.
According to Charity, she is delighted to extend her contract with Eibar.
Her new deal comes after she helped the club secure promotion to the elite division last season.
Charity Adule scored her first goal for Eibar just one minute after making her debut in Spain.
Adule marked her debut for Spanish club Eibar with a goal as she found the back of the net in her club's 1-1 draw against Deportivo Alaves on Saturday, September 28.
The former Falconets striker rescued her team with virtually her first touch of the game after being introduced in the 60th minute.
She took to her Twitter page to announce her new deal as she wrote: “I am happy to extend my bond with the sd eibar for more 2 years…muchas gracias. You’re all that matters Lord.”
Confirming the new deal, the club took to its website to announce the new agreement, saying Adule will be at the club until at least June 2022.
“Eibar have renewed the deal of Charity Adule until 2022.
“The 26-year-old Nigerian player arrived at the armoury club last season from Bllk Kazygurt, the champion team of the Kazakh league, and 20/21 will be her second season in the team.
“Adule has been an absolute international with his country since 2013,” the statement on the club’s website read.
