Lionel Messi failed to win his 11th Spanish League title this season after Barcelona lost the silverware to rivals Real Madrid.
Los Blancos finished five points ahead of the Catalans at the end of the 2019-20 season despite the Camp Nou side topping the table with two points before football went on break in March.
However, losing the trophy did not stall the Argentine from breaking 11 major records which includes Cristiano Ronaldo's LaLiga hat-trick tally.
Although Messi and his employers are at loggerheads over some crucial issues around the club, that did not in any way affect his performances on the pitch.
Below is the list of 11 records Messi broke in the 2019-20 season and it's not even over yet.
