- Chelsea are already planning for next Premier League season with some signings
- Lampard wants his wards to fight for all available titles next season
- The Englishman is still tracking Jan Oblak and Declan Rice
With two games left to play in the 2019/20 Premier League season, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is already planning for next season with the signing of top players.
Already, the Blues have signed Morocco international Hakim Ziyech and the 27-year-old is expected to add more value to Chelsea's attack next season.
Timo Werner is another big player who has joined the Blues ahead of their campaign for next season.
Lampard and his wards are working hard in order for them to finish the ongoing Premier League season among the top four.
Last season, Chelsea under Maurizio Sarri won the Europa League title beating Arsenal in the final, but this time around, they will be meeting them in the FA Cup final.
More changes are expected to be made at Stamford Bridge this summer with coach Frank Lampard still eyeing moves for some players.
Pedro is heading off to Roma on a free transfer with Willian likely to follow him out of the door after failing to agree a new contract.
However, should Lampard get all his targets before the start of next season, then there will be big changes in the first line up at the Stamford Bridge.
Jan Oblak, Chilwell, Rudiger, Declan Rice, Azpilicueta, Havertz, Kante, Mount, Pulisic, Werner and Ziyech could be making the first team.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice reportedly emerged as summer transfer target for Premier League side Chelsea who are ready to splash the cash on the 21-year-old.
Rice has been superb for for West Ham United this season even though they are currently fighting to escape relegation this term in the English topflight.
The Chelsea academy is actually where Rice started his football career before he was released at the age of 14 and went on to become a superstar elsewhere.
And now that Rice is among one of the best midfielders in the world, Chelsea chiefs want to lure him back to Stamford Bridge this summer.
