Jan Oblak has been linked with a sensational move to Chelsea but the Premier League club will have to pay £110million to price away the Atletico Madrid star.
However, the Slovenian goalkeeper has not indicated his intentions to leave the Wanda Metropolitano outfit in the summer but the Blues are lurking around the corner.
Chelsea have done business with Atletico in recent years including the transfers of Diego Costa, Alvaro Morata and Thibaut Courtois.
And a move for Oblak might not be difficult for the London club to get over the line if they meet the club's asking price.
And it is understood that La Liga side Valencia are seeking a loan move for Kepa Arrizabalaga, who has not convinced Blues boss Frank Lampard this season.
The Spanish keeper was signed for a massive £71m in 2018 but has been unable to justify his price tag since he arrived at Stamford Bridge from Athletic Bilbao.
Kepa's £170,000-a-week also put off Sevilla who were understood to be interested in the Spanish number one shot-stopper.
Chelsea have already signed both RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner and Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech before the summer concludes.
And they will need to offload a host of other players to help raise funds for Oblak who has been consistent since he joined Atletico from Benfica in 2014.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Ugurcan Cakir could be a long term replacement for Chelsea number one Kepa Arrizabalaga, according to reports coming from Turkey.
The Spanish goalkeeper has been unconvincing in the Blues' bumpy ride in the Premier League in the 2019-20 season.
Kepa was signed from Atletico Bilbao for £71.6million in 2018 and has failed to live up to the billing as Frank Lampard is in desperate search for a replacement.
