Nigerian celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest, has criticised Nigerian politicians for misappropriating N81 billion meant for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

Reacting to the financial misappropriation, the celebrity barman said politicians are extremely wicked, adding that God gave them useless children because of their wickedness.

In other news, the former managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Joy Nunieh, has made a defence for herself in respect to the allegations engulfing the body.

During her appearance before the House of Representatives' committee on NDDC on Friday, July 17, Nunieh stated that she was not in any way connected to the financial fraud claims in the commission to the tune of N40 billion.

The former NDDC boss categorically stated that she did not touch the money meant for the development of the Niger Delta indigenes.

She claimed that her residence in Port Harcourt was besieged by police officers on Thursday, July 16, to stop her from making the testimony as summoned by the lower legislative body.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Nigerian lady identified as Veronica Effiong said she has had an amazing journey as a naval officer since she left journalism to become a naval officer.
