The lawsuit revealed that the online publications against Nwoko were to damage his reputation.
Meanwhile, Azuka and his accomplices were said to have been warned by Nwoko's lawyers before the lawsuit.
The actress' husband has now demanded a public apology to be published by his accusers in at least two national daily newspapers circulating in Nigeria and social media platforms as well as an order restraining them from publishing more defamatory comments against him.
Legit.ng earlier reported that the journalist heavily criticised Nwoko for coming out to reveal chastity as the reason for marrying actress Regina Daniels and his other wives.
Azuka expressed anger at the billionaire's comments, stating that Nwoko’s desire to marry chaste women is suspicious as it comes off as if he is appeasing certain deities.
In another portion of the post, the writer accused the billionaire of evil doings and getting protection from the Ministry of Justice, Delta and Edo state police command.
