Popular social media commentator Reno Omokri has advised single men planning to get married on the kind of wedding they should go for.

The author and lawyer counseled men never to give their spouses' families the kind of wedding they want at the expense of their financial capacity. According to him, these men should ensure that they do not go into debt for a wedding.

The controversial lawyer stated that if having a lavish wedding is the price they have to pay for marrying a woman from a particular family, that means that the woman is not the right person for them.

Reno noted that a poor family, with a rich taste, is the surest sign of troublesome in-laws

Speaking further, the author said that if a woman's family wants a millionaire society wedding, and they are poor, it means the man is dealing with a gold-digging clan.

"They are many. You are one. If you go ahead with that marriage, you are attempting to break a coconut with your head!" he added.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that Reno Omokri advised single men to be stingy with their money and be generous with their affection until they get married.

The author in a post shared on his official Twitter page noted that single men should look out for women who are more vested in sharing their hearts as opposed to those that are more attracted to their pockets.
