Famous Nollywood actress and producer, Funke Akindele-Bello has taken to her Instagram story to reveal her nature which many who are lazy might not be able to comply with.
Jenifa as the actress is mostly called after her lead role in a same-titled movie Jenifa bragged about being a hardworking woman and an original perfectionist.
The mother of twins made this known on her Insta story using a boomerang of herself working and hashtags.
Funke, who rise to stardom was not an easy climb did not deny her desire to want things done to perfection.
In an earlier post, the Jenifa Diary actress in a video was seen dancing and was later joined by some of her staff. He caption reads that she and her staff works hard throughout the 24 hours in a day for seven days:
"Chai I play too much #wecrazylikethat #ignoremybelle #ijustchopeba . #mysquadandi we work so HARD 24/7 and also play hard. Thanks for the hard work. Love you guys."
All these are coming days after the actress was dragged on social media by her ex-staff, Cassandra Owolabi aka Khassie, who recounted how she used to work for the actress and the physical and emotional abuse her members of staff allegedly had to endure.
In a now-deleted video that was shared on social media, Khassie said that Akindele’s staff had to endure physical and emotional abuse as the film star had been known to use degrading words on them. She also said that she once witnessed the film star slap a member of staff the way a mother would hit her child.
In a similar story, Nollywood actor, Nosa Rex, stood up for Funke Akindele-Bello. The actor who stars as Terwase in the series, Jenifa's Diary, stated that people ought to show gratitude when it comes to moving up in the industry.
According to him, Funke has a lot of people under her payroll and needs to be firm with them so they don't take advantage of her. He also added that she had every right to show displeasure if things don't go her way as she was putting in her own money.
