Popular Ghanaian comedian, Ajeezay, has revealed in a recent interview that his journey to becoming a comedian was a very rough one partly because of his family.
Ajeezay made this revelation among several others in a one-on-one session with Ghanaian blogger, Zion Felix.
The comedian explained that he graduated with a first-class degree from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) having studied for a Bachelor of Science in Education and majored in Chemistry and Biology.

That was not all. Ajeezay also has a record of academic excellence that started when he sat for his BECE exams. At the time, he was only in JHS 1 and came out with flying colours.
When he graduated from UCC, the comedian, whose father was a lawyer, indicated he was the highest performing student in his group.
After his national service, however, Ajeezay decided to let his academic prospects go and followed his passion of becoming a comedian, which his family members were not supportive of.

They felt he was wasting away all the golden chances of becoming a celebrated academician, but Ajeezay never gave in to their calls and now, he is reaping the fruits of his hard labour.
