A Twitter user identified as Debo Odulana has shared a hilarious story of how he sent away an officer of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority popularly called LASTMA from his car.
Odulana, whose Twitter bio says that he is a medical doctor, stated that he was stopped by the government official who immediately jumped inside his car and sat on his stuff.
According to the doctor, he waved his identity card for the LASTMA officer to see that he is a doctor. He then went on to tell him that he is sitting on coronavirus samples.

Odulana revealed that as soon as he said that, the government official jumped out of his car while shouting that he is done for.
The medical doctor got many people laughing after he recounted his story. Nigerians have often taken to social media platforms to narrate bitter experiences with the transportation officers.
With over 15,000 likes and 6,000 retweets, many Nigerians could relate to Odulana's experience, especially as regards LASTMA officers jumping into a car immediately they stop a driver.
As expected, people reacted to the medical doctor's story. Many laughed at the LASTMA official.

A man named Ibukun Mike shared the moment the transportation officer collected N50,000 from him and four other people. He said the unnamed official asked them to pay the sum to his assistants before he left them.
Ibukun said that although he and the other people were guilty of passing through a blocked path, the LASTMA officer never issued them receipts for the payment they made.
The aggrieved man said the name of the officer is Hunpegan and is situated at Masa-Masa office in the Festac area of Lagos state.
