Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes has praised fellow team-mate and partner Paul Pogba for assisting him to settle when he arrived at the England club.
The Portuguese midfield sensation agreed to a contract deal that saw him switch to Premier League outfits Manchester United for a whopping £51 million in January.
Fernandes is currently offered a wage worth £100,000-a-week and £5million-a-year as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hopes to bolster his squad with the 25-year-old's presence.
Bruno who has been impressive since his arrival at Old Trafford has stated that his fellow midfield player Pogba did everything possible to ensure he settles early enough.
He said: “Paul Pogba is the guy who came when I arrived with a big book and said ‘where do you want to live, what price you want to pay, house or apartment’, and flicked through the pages. I chose three places and he said okay tomorrow we will check them.”
And indeed the 25-year-old has settled well at the club scoring four goals in his first eleven appearances and is now a crucial member of the club.
Meanwhile, Fernandes' bright start to life at Man United has earned him the most valuable midfielder in the world, according to CIES Football Observatory.
A list was compiled by CIES and the Man United star is worth a massive £93million, £25.5m more than the Old Trafford outfit paid for his services.
Chelsea's Mason Mount is second with a value of £94.1m while Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong came third with £91m in value.
French midfielder Paul Pogba did not make the top 20 list as he dropped to £44.9m despite making a club record move of £89m to the Red Devils in 2016.
