Popular Nigerian singer Dbanj has taken to his social media page to make a strong declaration about his innocence amidst the ongoing sexual abuse scandal surrounding him.

The singer in a video post shared on his verified Instagram page on Monday, June 2020, was seen stylishly dressed up as he danced energetically to his 2008 hit song, Olorun Maje.

A dancing Dbanj could be seen mouthing the lyrics of his song which talks about how enemies are trying to bring him down and how the God he serves will not allow it.

The singer was also seen stamping his feet on the ground as he danced, a move which suggests that he is stepping on his enemies.

Apart from the dramatic video, the singer also had something to say to those who have been speaking against him in the past few weeks since Seyitan Babatayo accused him of sexual abuse.

Dbanj in his caption noted that he is innocent until proven guilty. He also added that people should stop making an effort to try the matter on social media.

The 40-year-old music star concluded his post by noting that he stands against sexual abuse and human rights violations.
