Popular Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has reacted to some of his Instagram followers who questioned his versatility as an actor.
The movie star had introduced a new female character that he will be playing in a YouTube comedy series.
Adedimeji shared a video clip on his page in which he was spotted rocking a female attire that presents him as a middle-aged woman.

However, shortly after putting up the post, some of his fans and followers took to his comment section to criticize the character.
One follower noted that the actor should stop playing female characters because of the spiritual implication.
"Lateef, kindly stop this your lady stuff drama because of its spiritual implications that does not accept joke as an excuse," the follower said.
Reacting, the movie star said: "obamaone72 you people and ur ways sa, May God are you through."
Another lady follower said: "Please what are you promoting? If you are gay let us know abeg...there better ways to do skits."
The actor in his response told the follower off. He said: "@bimpsonjoshua get something productive to do, u can use the time on urself. Do better for urself oga."
Another concerned fan of the actor said: "Lateef I beg you in the name of Almighty Allah to stop all this, you don’t need this again because Allah is already beside you and you know much about Holy Quran."
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Nollywood actress, Adebimpe Oyebade, opened up about her love life.
The actress reacted to rumours that she is dating Nollywood actor, Lateef Adedimeji. According to Bimpe, Lateef is not her type and he is like a brother to her.
