Chelsea and Juventus are planning on a double swap transfer deal to ensure Adrien Rabiot and Federico Bernardeschi switch to the Premier League club while Jorginho and Marcos Alonso move to Turin.
The Italian champions who are reportedly desperate to seal an agreement are also willing to add cash to ensure the deal finalized.
Recall that Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri spent just one season at Chelsea, but in that time made no bones about his love of Jorginho - having already brought him to West London with him from Napoli.
