Premier League side Sheffield United are reportedly interested in the signing of Nigerian striker Emmanuel Dennis who currently plays for Belgian giants Club Brugge.
This latest development means that Sheffield United will be joining Newcastle United and others who are also eyeing a move for the 22-year-old Nigerian star.
According to the report by Voetbal Belgie, Sheffield United are ready to meet up with Club Brugge's massive asking price for them to lure the Nigerian to the Premier League.
Since joining Club Brugge, Emmanuel Dennis has proven that he is one of the best forward in Europe considering his superb performances.
His display against Real Madrid in the Champions League made him a target for many sides in Europe with the Nigerian also linked with Arsenal.
Sheffield United who are currently occupying seventh position on the Premier League standings are aiming to finish the season among the top six for a chance to play in the Europa League.
They are just two points behind fifth placed Manchester United and five points behind Chelsea who are occupying fourth position on the Premier League table.

Liverpool are still topping the Premier League standings and have the chance to win the title for the 2019/20 season.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Nigeria international Emmanuel Dennis is one of the fastest growing football stars in the world considering his performances so far this season for Belgian side Club Brugge.
The 22-year-old started his football career on the streets of Ilorin in Kwara state before he joined the Kwara Football Academy when former Super Eagles coach Clemens Westerhof was the director.
Dennis was among the Kwara Football Academy team that was taken to Italy in 2009 for friendly games where they spent two weeks.
The likes of former Warri Wolves star Lordson Ichull, goalkeeper Jonah Usman, Gbenga Arokoyo, Kadiri Aminu, Idiamin, Stone Ebuowan were all teammates to Dennis at KFA before he left the side for Football College in Abuja.
It was when he got to Football College in Abuja that his career began to shine after traveling to Europe with the academy to play some games.
And in July 2016, Emmanuel Dennis moved to Europe signing his first professional contract with Ukrainian side Zorya Luhansk.
