Former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Vandora, has taken to social media to dish out an important piece of advice for fellow ladies, especially those who are currently dating.

Vandora in the post shared on her verified Instagram page noted that ladies need to stop giving men the blueprint to their hearts.

Speaking to those who are dating, the BBNaija star noted that such ladies need to learn how to stop sharing the problems of their current relationship with men other than their boyfriends.

Vandora said such move is only an opportunity for the men they are telling to find a way to get them into bed.

"Girls stop giving guys the blueprint to your 'heart' !!! If you are in a relationship stop talking about all the problems you have in the relationship to another man, all you are doing is giving him the map to your yum yum. Wake up," she wrote.
