Oguntoye in his Twitter post called out a crematorium in the Ojodu area of Lagos state identified as Bemil Omega Funeral Home Crematorium. He accused the crematorium of wrongfully releasing fumes from the burning of dead bodies into the atmosphere.
According to Oguntoye, the fume which is being released by the crematorium is also making way into residential buildings in the area.
“Happening Now! Black smoke from Bemil's Omega Funeral Home Crematorium invades Ojodu Community. This is literally smoke from burning of dead bodies invading residential apartments. Please which Govt Agency regulates this?” his post read.

When a follower accused Oguntoye of peddling false information, he said: “I debunked the false claim by a blog that the facility was on fire. Instead, this is soot from cremation invading my neighborhood. Guys, I shot this video myself. This is my last tweet on this matter. Cheers!”
