BBNaija Ikechukwu Onyema popular called Ike has taken to his social media page to react to the drama that happened between his girlfriend Mercy and another housemate Omashola.

According to Ike who reacted via his Twitter page, no woman deserved to be shamed or called a runs girl. Ike said this in defense of Mercy who was the centre of attention on the latest episode of the reunion show.

He said no woman under any circumstances should be made to go through the sad feelings of being slut-shamed. Ike noted that women are the flowers of the nation.

It was earlier reported that while in the house, Omashola called Mercy a runs girl during a conversation with another housemate Seyi.

Although Omashola noted that Mercy told him that he is forgiven, the BBNaija winner said that she is addressing the issue again because he didn't apologise personally to her for slut-shaming her.

Omashola explained that he didn't know Mercy still had grudges against him even though he went to her house sometimes to eat. He went on to apologise while Mercy also apologised for how she reacted towards him.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that BBNaija's Seyi sincerely apologised to Thelma for speaking badly about her late brother.

Although Seyi noted that he cannot remember the scenario, he still went ahead to apologise to her. According to him, he has apologised outside the house and he doesn't mind doing that again.

Reacting to her fellow housemate's apology on-air, the young woman said that she had forgiven him before the issue was brought up again. However, she noted her happiness at the fact that Ebuka, who is their host brought up the matter.

She stated that apologising on-air meant a lot to her so that her mum will see that he was sober about his utterance to her at the reality TV show.
