A footage making rounds on social media purportedly shows that the name of potential Premier League winners for this season Liverpool has already been engraved on the title.
The Reds are on the verge of history as they sit 25 points clear at the top of the Premier League standinds and are just two victories away from sealing it after 30 years.
It looks unassailable for Jurgen Klopp’s men as they have nine games to play and only need just six points to finally be crowned champions.
However, it looks like the organisers of the competition have already gone ahead to engrave Liverpool’s name on the trophy ahead of the restart of the season which was suspended mid-March due to the coronavirus crisis.
It is very unlikely the Reds have had their name etched onto the gong.
