Brazilian youngster Kaio Jorge has emerged as a priority transfer target for Premier League giants Chelsea.
The 18-year-old dubbed new Cristiano Ronaldo has also been linked with a move to join Italian League giants Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen.
Meanwhile, SunSport quoting German source Kicker claim Frank Lampard might make a move for the teenage sensation this summer.
The Blues are hoping they can exploit their relationship with the representative of former players David Luiz and Oscar to seal the deal as they share the same agent.
