Popular Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun aka Wizkid recently used his social media platform to speak against the recent cases of police brutality that have been witnessed in the United States of America (USA) and Nigeria.
The singer on Saturday, May 30, took to his official page on micro blogging platform, Twitter, to decry the matter.
Wizkid in his post pointed out the fact that police officers in the US are killing black Americans while the ones back home in his country are killing Nigerians.
The music star who is currently out of the country noted that no one can solve the matter of police brutality.
Wizkid said it is only God that can salvage the current situation of things. Sharing the post he said:
"Police dey kill black Americans and Naija police dey kill Nigerians. No man fit sort this matter. God save us"

Wizkid's post comes in the wake of the recent killing of a 16-year-old Nigerian girl identified as Tina Ezekwe, who was shot by a police officer in Lagos, and US black man, George Floyd, who was killed by a white police officer.
In a related story of about the death of Tina Ezekwe, Legit.ng previously gathered that the police command in Lagos opened up on the identities of top officers who were linked to the killing of the 17-year-old girl on Tuesday, May 26.
The spokesman of the command in the state, DSP Bala Elkana, disclosed that following preliminary investigation, the officers involved in the death of Ezekwe were identified as ASP Theophilus Otobo and Inspector Oguntoba Olamigoke attached to Bariga Police Station.
