Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido is no doubt making good money from his music career and remains unapologetic about how often he shows off his success.

He recently took to social media to reveal how he was able to afford his newly acquired Banana Island home.

In a recent tweet, he revealed he bought his Banana Island home from singing about bananas falling on someone. Anyone familiar with his songs know he sang about bananas in the hit song, Fall.

He wrote:"Moved to banana with money I made from singing about bananas falling someone .... Cruise Face with tears of joy."

Three years after its release, his hit single, Fall, is still enjoying massive recognition within and outside the African continent.

Just recently, Legit.ng reported the singer took to his official page on Twitter to excitedly share the news of the latest achievement of the Kiddominant produced song.

According to Davido, the song has now been certified gold in the United States of America (USA).

Meanwhile, the Disturbance crooner is currently reeling in excitement as he would soon be moving into his newly purchased mansion in Banana Island, one of the choice areas in Lagos state.

Just recently, the singer who has been sharing sneak peeks of the mansion gave his 16 million fans and followers on Instagram a brief tour into what the interior of his new residence looks like.

Still on the singer, he recently to social media to reply his critics who often accuse him of helping people only for the attention and accolades it gets him.

In a recent Instagram story post, the father of three stated that admitted to loving the attention he go. According to his post, if helping others did the job and saved lives then he loves clout.
