Darlington Chika Njoku, popularly known by his stage name Trilly, is a popular Nigerian-American socialite, hip hop/Afropop artiste.

The native of Mbaise in Imo state was born on September 16, 1992, in Los Angeles, California, United States of America, to Nigerian immigrants (Marcel and Theresa Njoku) and raised in Los Angeles. Trilly describes his upbringing as a black, very strict, and “tough.”

He was greatly influenced by many genres of music, from cultural old school to new school music. by Tory Lanez, Lil Baby, Sade, R Kelly and a host of others as his musical influence and this has made him stand out among his contemporaries.

His debut track, I Like was released on March 5, 2019. He made his musical debut on March 5, 2019 as Chika, with his first Ljay Currie-produced single titled “I Like”.

In 2019, Trilly visited Nigeria and went to his parents' hometown, Ezinihite, Mbaise in Imo state. It was a sweet experience as he did not only visit the cities but the core root of his family where he met with children and elders. He also went to the primary school in his village where he played with the pupils on the playground.

Trilly is a rare musical talent who has a unique style, from his lyrical prowess to his amazing vocals, which are very much complimented with his gorgeous looks.

Although his first debut was released on June 16, 2019, Trilly has been making music before then. He has collaborated with Tory Lanez & Joe Moses with many more features to come.
