The Hollywood industry is currently mourning the death of one of its veteran entertainers.
The industry recently lost Geno Silva, the actor who is best known for playing the role of a silent assassin called The Skull in the 1983 movie, Scarface.
It was reported that Silva lost his life at the age of 72 to complications from dementia.
According to Medical News Today, dementia is a collective term used to describe various symptoms of cognitive declines, such as forgetfulness. It is a symptom of several underlying diseases and brain disorders.

The veteran actor was said to have died in his Los Angeles home on Saturday, May 9, 2020.
In his decades of acting, Silva featured in many films including Zoot Suit in 1981, Tequila Sunrise in 1988, Amistad, and The Lost World: Jurassic Park, which was both released in 1997, Mulholland Drive in 2001 and A Man Apart in 2003, however, his most memorable film remains Scarface.
The actor is survived by his wife Pamela, his daughter Lucia and two grandchildren Eva and Levon Redman.

The actor who was known in the movie industry has dedicated part of his life to the promotion of Islamic religion, especially in Ido local government area where he lived until his death. He was the PRO of the Muslim community in Apete-Awotan-Ayegun and environs in Oyo state.

The actor who had been out of circulation for a while due to ill health lost the battle of life on Sunday, March 1, 2020. It was reported that the late thespian was said to have been suffering from both liver and heart ailments which later affected his memory and eyesight.
The condition was said to have deteriorated after he could not raise enough money to fund his medical trip to India so as to continue his treatment.
