American rapper Kanye West's former bodyguard, Steve Stanulis, has spoken on what it looks like to work with the father of four.

Steve, who became a celebrity bodyguard after working as a policeman, did not seem to enjoy his job with the Ye crooner. According to him, some of Kanye's rules to him were 'ridiculous.'

Steve said that some of the rapper's rules did not make much sense, Metro reported.

"He wanted you to stay 10 paces behind him on a city street. So obviously if someone is going to come up and do something, by the time I try to run up and prevent it, it would have already happened," it was reported.

The celebrity bodyguard recalled the first day he started working for the influential rapper. According to him, they didn't start on a good note.

Although Steve was supposed to meet Kanye at his studio, they met during fashion week.

Steve revealed that when Kanye got to the venue and entered the elevator, he was expecting him to push the elevator button to get them to the floor they were going to, meanwhile, he had no idea.

The bodyguard stated that when Kanye asked if he isn't going to push the button, Steve told him that he didn't know where they were going. According to Steve, Kanye started ranting until he gave him three options.

Steve said that he told Kanye to either tell him what button to push, push it himself or that they just sit together in the elevator. He said Kanye chose the first option.
