BBNaija 2019 finalist, Khafi Kareem, recently shared how she was torn between following her values and accepting a mouth-watering deal that was against what she stood for.
The young lady recounted how she was offered N8 million to promote a bleaching cream and that it was the biggest deal she had ever received till date.
The BBNaija reality show now seems to have become a sure way for celebrities to be made in Nigeria and brands oftentimes entice these newly discovered stars with mouth-watering deals.
Staying in the limelight has proven to be an even bigger task for these BBNaija housemates and they are usually willing to take up deals with many of the brands that approach them.
However, Khafi recounted how she had to turn down a good deal because it was against her values.
Khafi disclosed on social media that she had always tried to monetise herself in ways that increase her values but that she was tested when a brand approached her to promote a bleaching cream for N8 million.
She admitted that it was the biggest deal she had received and that she was in a dilemma. Khafi, however, added that she had to turn down the deal even though it was hard for her.
She said it was necessary to reject it because of the value of the brand she wanted to build in future.
