- Arturo Vidal could be on his way out of Barcelona this summer
- The Chilean is being wanted by Inter Milan while Barca want Martinez
- Lautaro Martinez is one of the best strikers in the world
Barcelona are reportedly planning hard to sign Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez and they are even said to be considering selling Arturo Vidal for them to raise money to buy the player.
Lautaro Martinez has been impressive so far for Inter Milan in which his performances have caught the interest of Barcelona.
According to the report by Marca, Inter Milan have already slapped £96 million release clause on Lautaro Matinez and Barcelona will now need to sell a player or two before they can go for him.
The report added that Arturo Vidal will be the player to be flogged out so as to help Barcelona get money for them to go for Martinez.
And since Inter Milan are among the clubs who are looking for the signing of Vidal, then there can be a switch of transfer between these two clubs.
But Barcelona must be told that Premier League side Newcastle United are also interested in the signing of Martinez and they will go for him when the transfer window opens.
Newcastle United are on the verge of being taken over by Saudi Arabian group who are ready to spend big money on the club.
Vidal joined from Bayern Munich in 2018 for an initial £15m and the LaLiga leaders are hoping to get between £13m and £17m.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Brazilian football legend Rivaldo explained that Lionel Messi's dominance at Barcelona is responsible for Philippe Coutinho's unimpressive performances at the Nou Camp.
Despite pleas from Liverpool fans for Philippe Coutinho not to leave Anfield last two seasons, the Brazilian forced his dream move to Barcelona.
Liverpool however moved ahead with their lives without Philippe Coutinho in which they have gone to win the Champions League.
But Philippe Coutinho on the other hand has not been able to get his rhythm at Barcelona compared to how he was superb before leaving the Premier League.
Barcelona were then forced to loan him out to German giants Bayern Munich until the end of the 2019/20 Bundesliga season.
There have been reports that Bayern Munich are planning to send Philippe Coutinho back to Barcelona this summer as they have no interest of signing him permanently.
