Soroja Vucelic: Neymar's ex detained by police for breaking coronavirus lockdown rules

Soraja Vucelic is currently answering some questions having been caught alongside her mate breaking the strict coronavirus lockdown rules in the small town of Zhabljak in northern Montenegro.

Police arrested the pair shortly after they visited a cottage in the town.

It was gathered that the Croatian model has been taking time out to teach her followers on social media series of lockdown workout with videos.

Local reports have it that the model then decided to change the scenery and not long before police arrived after a tip off.

A police spokesperson said: "Acting on a tip-off, we visited a cottage in Borje (village) where we found two women.

“They did not have permits exempting them from lockdown and both were deprived of their liberty and will face criminal charges carried out by the prosecutor general of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office.”

It was gathered that she had a brief fling with Neymar in 2014, however she has denied the allegation saying she was never arrested.

“I was not arrested, as it was written by the media, I only had a conversation with the police with my friend,” she said.

“We both travelled in her car and she didn’t have any papers with her and she also forgot her driver’s licence."

Legit.ng earlier reported that Neymar has made a hefty donation of five million Brazilian Real (around $1.5m) in his own bid to help fight the rampaging coronavirus which has killed over 50,000 people across the world, SunSport reports.

The Brazilian star made the huge amount available to humanitarian agency UNICEF as well as another solidarity fund which was set up by celebrities.

The donation is expected to be used in treating coronavirus patients as well as support those that might have been affected one way or the other due to the lockdown.
