Covid-19: Davido takes no chances as he wears face mask and face shield

The coronavirus pandemic is an issue plaguing many countries of the world and it has led to people taking serious precautionary measures so as to flatten the curve and lead to less people contracting the disease.

In Nigeria for instance, the number of confirmed cases have passed 2000 and still rising daily. Despite that, the government has eased the lockdown in some states and many people are predicting that the number will rise in coming days.

Just recently, Nigerian music star, Davido, took to social media via his Instagram page to show how seriously he is taking the coronavirus pandemic.

The Risky crooner shared a photo of himself wearing a face mask and a face shield to the amusement of many of his fans on the photo sharing application.

After sharing the photo, Davido accompanied it with a caption that reads: “No be me and u”.

Davido no doubt has experienced a loved one contracting the deadly disease after his wife-to-be, Chioma Rowland, tested positive for COVID-19.

The young lady tested positive after arriving in Lagos from Dubai. She stayed in isolation for a few weeks as directed and eventually recovered.

Davido took to his Twitter account to share the good news, revealing her test had come back negative, twice.

In other news, Legit.ng reported that Davido took to social media via his Instagram page to celebrate his wife-to-be, Chioma Rowland, on her birthday.
