NURTW chairman MC Oluomo loses mum

It is indeed a sad and trying time for the family members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Lagos chairman, Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo, following the sad passing of his dearly beloved mother, Alhaja Abebi Zinat Omotonwo.
According to a statement shared on the official Instagram page of MC Oluomo, the deceased passed away during the early hours of Thursday, April 30.
The statement noted that Alhaja Abebi who was aged passed away peacefully in her residence and will be buried later in the day according to Islamic rites.
“The aged woman who was Muslim until her death passed away peacefully in her residence located at NNPC She will be buried today in line with Islamic rites at her residence. The members of the family, however, appreciate everyone that has been calling to condole with the family since the news filter out," the statement read in part.

It was also added that the family of the deceased will not be able to honor any large gatherings at the time due to the COIVD-19 restrictions on movement. However, phone calls and text messages will be well received.

Some months ago, Legit.ng reported that MC Oluomo celebrated another wife after she acquired a new house for herself. He congratulated his wife, Aishat Ajoke Akinsanya, on her completing her new house.
The man had celebrated another wife, Temitope Adunni Akinsanya, seven days earlier after she also acquired a house.
