Pastor’s wife Ibidunni Ighodalo mourns after losing member of staff

- Former beauty queen and wife of popular Nigerian pastor, Ibidunni Ighodalo, is currently mourning

- The ex-beauty queen recently lost a trusted member of staff and his passing has really touched her

- Ighodalo took to social media via her Instagram page to pen a touching tribute to the deceased known as Baba Shukura

The year 2020 has proven to be quite a tough one going by the high rate of tragic events that have happened.

It is no news that people die every day but it becomes worthy information when the deceased had a great impact during their lifetime.

Former Nigerian beauty queen and wife of popular pastor, Ibidunni Ighodalo, is currently mourning after losing one of her trusted member of staff.

The ex-beauty queen took to social media via her Instagram page to pen down a touching tribute to the deceased whom she referred to as Baba Shukura.

According to her, she had known him for many years and he was very diligent at his job despite suffering injuries while at it. Ighodalo expressed surprise that she will now have to refer to him in the past tense.

She wrote: “You had been working with me for 16years and along the line of duty during my father-in-laws funeral you lost 2 fingers while setting up the marquee many years ago. You were taken to the hospital and you came back to site to still help to continue despite my refusal. Quiet. Focused. Easy going, are words anyone who had encountered you would probably agree you were.

Never one to be noisy or rowdy, going about your duty to the best of your ability and even helping other departments without prejudice or anger. It's hard to believe we were still together as a team less than a month ago, laughing, working and gisting and now I have to refer to you in the past tense. How ???? This is a painful and terrible blow to the Elizabeth R family and of course the Amusa family. Baba Shukura as we fondly called you, may your gentle and beautiful soul rest in perfect peace and may God in heaven console your family that you have left behind. It is well indeed.”
