- Barcelona are keen on completing a swap deal for Andre Onana
- The Cameroonian goalkeeper has been impressive since joining Ajax
- The La Liga giants are now offering four players in a bid to snap up the 24-year-old
The La Liga giants are willing to let go of four players including back-up goalkeeper Neto and youngsters Alex Collado, Riqui Puig or even Carles Alena in swap transfer deal for Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana.
Dutch outlet De Telegraaf reports that Barcelona are desperate in signing the Cameroonian goalkeeper and are doing everything to land him at the Camp Nou.
However, it was gathered that the Eredivise club are also not ready to allow the 24-year-old leave and are hoping to keep him at the club for at least one more year.
It was also gathered that Ajax do not want to deal with Barcelona because they preferred a priced deal instead of the four-player swap by Barca,
Barcelona are not having it easy with transfer deals lately as they have struggled with that of major targets Neymar and Lautaro Martinez.
Onana has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona for months as they aim to provide competition for first-choice keeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
He moved to Ajax in 2015 and is under contract with the Eredivisie leaders until 2022.
Barcelona are also reportedly planning to use their record signings Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele in swap deals for other players when the transfer window opens.
Both players have yet to impress at the Camp Nou since their mega-money move from Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund about three years ago.
Dembele has been out injured since the turn of the year while Coutinho is on loan at German League side Bayern Munich who are not planning to make his deal permanent.
According to SunSport, Barcelona are not willing to cough out any money in the summer for any player and they are hoping they can use the above-named players in swap deals for other stars.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Neymar is reportedly preparing for a sensational return to Barcelona as the Catalan club are doing everything to ensure the Brazilian returns to the Camp Nou, SunSport reports.
Latest report from Spanish outlet Sport says Neymar is ready to return to the La Liga club which he left for French club Paris Saint Germain in 2017 for a staggering £198million.
Despite interests from other top European clubs, Neymar has been heavily linked with a return to Barcelona, however in the wake of the coronavirus, the transfer fee will be a lot less.
