Popular Nigerian actress Adunni Ade recently took her fans and followers on social media by surprise after coming out to talk about a part of her life that she hardly shines the spotlight on.

The actress noted that for long, she has avoided approaching the topic of religion because it is a very sensitive subject for her. She added that it is only those that are extremely close to her that know the religion she practices.

Speaking further, Adunni disclosed that at some point in her life she converted to Christianity and worshipped with MFM, RCCG, CLAM, CAC , among other Christian institutions. She, however, noted that while all this was going on, Islam never left her.
