Everything I have, I got through hard work not govt contracts - Dino Melaye
- Dino Melaye, a former representative of Kogi West senatorial district, has said that he has nothing to hide as he acquired all his wealth through hard work
- When he was asked if he does not have any shady dealings, he said that he has never in his life carried out a government contract
- Dino also said that he challenged any Nigerian politician to buy a Rolls Royce and make their names the number plates as he did
Popular Nigerian politician, Dino Melaye, has said that he owes his wealth to hard work and not government contracts.
He said this during an Instagram live chat with Dele Momodu of Ovation. When the media guru asked if he does not have anything to hide, Dino said that he is perhaps the most investigated Nigerian.
The politician said that he has on many occasions invited men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to look at his wealth.
Dino added that the only thing the EFCC has not probed about him is where is placenta is buried, a thing he said only his mother knows.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that popular Nigerian politician, Dino Melaye, made a laudable charitable gesture as he donated dozens of hand sanitizers and Vitamin C to people in Kogi state.
In a short video he made on his Facebook page on Friday, March 27, he said that he is giving out the materials without any religious or political bias.
said it does not matter who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party or All Progressives Congress as everybody will be treated equally.
"So there is no PDP, no APC, it's for everybody. God will heal our land in Jesus name," he said.
In the same video, cartons of sanitizers and other materials could be spotted as he instructed some men on the manner of distribution.
In other news, popular social commentator and activist, Reno Oomokri, again spoke on relationship matters, telling men the kind of woman they should marry.

Reno said that a woman with a car, human hair, iPhone, jewellery, expensive shoes and high taste in food without a rich family or income or any business that shows she can afford them is a not a woman fit for marriage.
He said such a person cannot be the one except the devil wants to set a trap to end the man. He said that kind of woman can be likened to a panther who consumes one’s value.
