Top Nigerian music producer and owner of Mavin Records, Don Jazzy, has taken to social media with a cry for help as it regards an awkward situation he recently found himself in.

Don Jazzy in a post shared on his official Twitter page disclosed that a young lady has been describing him as ‘daddy’ in the middle of their conversation.

The producer went on to ask his followers about what he should make of the situation in which he has found himself.

Don Jazzy noted that he does not want to make any assumption about the intentions of the lady.

As expected, followers flooded his comment section with suggestions on how to get out of the confusing situation.

"She's just been traditional... If you check well she might be yoruba. Sòmè Yoruba's call their husband or husband to be daddy," one follower tweeted to allay the worry of the music executive.

Another Twitter user who dropped a comment said: "She wants money. Let’s not pretend that’s not what our daddies did most of the time, before they gave us money or something we wanted; after going 'daddy daddy ' too much."
