The general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has prayed for all health workers and security personnel who are at the frontline of the battle against the coronavirus pandemic.

Since the lockdown started, the man of God has been supporting people with prayers and encouraging them while he also urged them to obey all instructions from the government.

Pastor Adeboye even took out time to calm the fears of people, telling them that no evil shall come near their dwelling places. The clergyman has not stopped inspiring people with kind words as he recently took to social media to shower prayers on nurses, doctors and security personnel.

While citizens are staying safe in their homes, health workers and security personnel are out there, doing all they can to make sure that the pandemic situation does not escalate in the country.

In a video on the official Twitter page of RCCG, Pastor Adeboye showered prayers on the people at the forefront of the battle against the deadly pandemic.

"I want you to know that I, as a persona and my family as a whole, will be praying for you, that the Almighty God will take care of you even as you are taking care of others. I pray that the plague will not come near you. That you will come out of this, healthy, strong and closer to the almighty God. It shall be well with all of you and I want you to know that there are several people who appreciate you deeply for what you are doing. It shall be well with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. welldone and may God uphold you in Jesus mighty name," he prayed.
