Tory Lanez cautions IK Ogbonna about posting Nigerian flag in his comment section

- This happened after American singer Tory Lanez called him out for always posting the Nigerian flag in his comment section during live videos

- The actor was cautioned twice by the singer and Nigerians on the internet seem to be having a field day

When it comes to representing Nigeria as a country, one ought to be careful in order to not cross the almost invisible line as IK Ogbonna seems to have done, which has earned him backlash on the internet.

Due to the enforced lockdown, many superstars across the world have taken to Instagram live to stay connected with their fans. The Nollywood actor, however, made it a habit of always dropping multiple Nigerian flag emojis in American singer, Tory Lanez's live Instagram sessions.

Although the singer had been ignoring in the past, he wasn't having it anymore and cautioned him to stop doing it. Lanez had to caution him twice that same night as the actor didn't stop after the first warning.

Only a few days ago, Nigerians on micro-blogging site, Twitter, were displeased with Juliet Ibrahim's comments about Africans on Lanez's Instagram live session on Thursday, April 9.

The actress joined the Canadian rapper's live session to make a series of comments about Africans, all of which Twitter users found demeaning. Juliet commented on the live session that if it was an African artiste that went live, bank account details would have flooded the comment section.

The actress did not stop there, one of her comments also suggested that Africans were starving when she said people of the continent needed milk to feed.
