Officials of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) have evacuated a United Kingdom returnee from 7th Avenue in Festac area of Lagos state after showing symptoms of coronavirus 15 days after she returned to the country.
In the video shared by Within Nigeria on Facebook, NCDC officials could be seen in a storey building evacuating the UK returnee.

In other news, a lady identified as Reea Rodney has shared a harrowing experience about how she is struggling to survive after testing positive for the deadly COVID-19.
She revealed that she has been sick for eight days. Reea revealed via social media that she tested positive for the COVID-19 and asked for reinforcement through prayers for a speedy recovery.
After being in the hospital for eight days, she noted that she needs all the support she can get.
''I have been in the hospital for the past five days now battling against COVID-19, severe viral pneumonia and a small pulmonary embolis,'' Reea said.
She said that she is unable to breathe due to the damages the virus has caused in her lungs but noted that she’s a fighter.
''I’m a fighter so I’m not going ANWAY but I’m calling on extra reinforcements. Pray for my husband and kids too because they are also going through at this time,'' Reea wrote.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a 28-year-old Nigerian lady identified as Tobi Rachel shared how she survived coronavirus after being quarantined for nearly two weeks.
Tobi took to her official Twitter page to share the news, saying she went out for the first time in nearly two weeks on Saturday, March 28.
She said she was informed that she was in contact with someone who had been in contact with someone with coronavirus.
Tobi said: "Nothing serious I told myself, but I decided to social distance anyway. Later I found out I’d been in direct contact with a confirmed case 5 days before."
