- According to Funnybone, the man, Seun, attended the award despite arriving from the United Kingdom
Popular comedian Stanley Chibuna, professionally known as Funnybone, has taken to social media to inform his family and friends that he is well and fine amid the coronavirus pandemic.
In his post, the comedian explained that his family and friends had called him to ask if he is fine, fourteen days after the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA). He informed them that he has taken the test and it came out negative.
Recall that an attendee of AMVCA was exposed on social media for attending the award despite the risk of exposing others to coronavirus. The award show attendee was also called out for failing to take the COVID-19 test after he started showing symptoms.

Legit.ng had later reported that a man identified as Seun O, a documentary photographer later revealed that he is the man that was exposed on social media. He noted that he finally got tested for the virus. Not long after that, it was confirmed that an attendee of the award tested positive.
Funnybone has now vowed to personally sue Seun for attending the award after arriving from the United Kingdom instead of isolating himself for fourteen days. The comedian told Seun to get well soon and recover fast so he can sue him.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Akin Abayomi, the Lagos state commissioner for health Akin Abayomi announced that attendees of the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards 2020 may have come in contact with someone who was confirmed to have coronavirus.
The commissioner advised the award show attendees to self-isolate. Abayomi called on the attendees to call the coronavirus hotlines if they have symptoms. In his tweet, the commissioner for health said some of the attendees have most likely been exposed to the infection.
