- That was his punishment for getting red card against Valencia
- Ronaldo was red carded on his Champions League debut for Old Lady
Juventus goalie Wojciech Szczęsny has explained how superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was made to buy all Juve teammates iMac computer each as punishment for his red card against Valencia.
The Old Lady paid massive sum of money to buy Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid before the start of last two seasons with their target of winning the Champions League.
But things however turned sour for Cristiano Ronaldo on his Champions League debut for Juventus as he was red carded for fouling Valencia defender Murillo Jeison.
Ronaldo was so sad after the referee pulled out the red card and was unable to control his emotion as he cried while leaving the pitch.
His teammates went on to win the Champions League encounter 2-0 against Valencia, but that does not prevent Cristiano Ronaldo from being punished.
Manager then Allegri was said to have told Ronaldo that what he did on the pitch by pulling the hair of an opponent was against the club's rules and regulations.
But according to the report on UK Sun, Cristiano Ronaldo argued the case with Allegri for two months claiming that he did nothing wrong in the Champions League match.
Allegri refused to hear his explanation and made him to do what he ordered for as punishment.
"Yes, we all have an iMac.
"It took a very long time because he couldn't process that red card and insisted high and low that he was not doing anything wrong,'' Szczesny explained according to UK Sun.
Meanwhile, the whole Leagues in Europe are currently on suspension and Cristiano Ronaldo and his family members are in Portugal on isolation.
