Controversial media personality Ifedayo Olarinde popularly known as Daddy Freeze has joined a new radio station Nigeria Info. The broadcaster made the announcement on his social media page.

The broadcaster had announced on his Instagram page that he was leaving Cool FM in March after 20 years of service. The radioman said that he joined the radio station when it was just three years old, adding that he was perhaps the broadcaster who stayed with the station for the longest period.

He stated that he was moving on to a new radio station. Daddy Freeze has now let the cat out of the bag as he shared the news on his page on the photo-sharing app, Instagram.

The media personality said that he has now become a member of Nigeria Info. According to him, the new station is in line with his brand direction.

Noting his passion, controversy and his trustworthiness, the media man said that he believes that his stay in the radio station would bridge the gap between Nigeria’s leaders and the people.

Meanwhile, the station in a statement on its website said that it is proud to have Daddy Freeze as the newest addition to its team of exceptional broadcasters.

The radio station said it believes that the controversial OAP will bring his well-known passion to the new journey in his career.
