Obesere shares video of white garment church dancing to Egungun Be Careful

Popular Nigerian fuji musician Abass Akande popularly called Obesere started trending when a video of his hit song Egungun Be Careful was brought back into the scene.

The song, Egungun Be Careful was released as far back as 2001 but 19 years after, it has now become a sensation online. Online comedians have made a joke about it, memes have been created with it among other things.

Recently, a video of a white garment church singing the song during service was spotted online. The video was shared by Obesere on his social media page.

In the video, a church filled with people wearing white garments was seen. A man who seemed to be the choir leader stood in front of the members and he was heard singing the song. However, rather than say 'Egungun,' the choir leader said that 'Corona be careful.'

As he raised the song, the members of the church excitedly danced to it. One could hear them saying, "e don happen, I don tell am. Motor don jam am."

The fuji musician, who is currently enjoying the love that his song his garnering online, was speechless about the white garment video. Although he made a comment, he just said it is finished with a laughing emoji.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that Obesere said his relationship with Cossy Ojiakor was strictly professional. Obesere said that he didn’t discover Cossy but rather she was discovered by Gbenga Adewusi, the owner of Bayowa Films and Records International. He said Cossy at the time had approached Adewusi and declared her intention to become a star. This resulted in Cossy being given a slot to feature as a video vixen in Obesere’s Apple Juice music project, especially because of her bodily endowment.
