Adams Oshiomhole, the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) while addressing newsmen in Abuja queried why the country was still accepting flights from countries where cases of Coronavirus have been confirmed. He particularly questioned why flights from Britain were still being allowed. He also maintained that what binds the ruling party together is beyond things that might have caused misunderstanding within the party.

4. Court orders immediate release of Lamido Sanusi

Justice Anwuli Chikere of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court on Friday, March 13, ordered the immediate release of the former Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, from detention. Sanusi had been in Awe local government area of Nassarawa state after he was dethroned and banished from Kano state. But information has it that he has left Nassarawa after the court order and is no longer in ‘detention.
