Legit.ng had earlier reported that talented Nollywood actor Ebilo Ebisan had accused the staff of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) of failing to treat his sick aunt. The actor shared a video on social media calling out the hospital.
According to him, the staff said they were unable to treat his sick aunt because the hospital does not have an oxygen tank.
Ebisan later claimed that they vowed not to treat his aunt after he complained about their lack of care of their patients. The hospital has now addressed the claims on Instagram.

The hospital also claimed that a relative of the actor's aunt had beaten up a nurse on duty. The post also revealed that the woman was brought in around 1:10am on Monday, March 16, and she was attended to.
It was said that the woman was taken to the diagnostics centre in the hospital for a scan around 1:28am and she was later brought back to the medical emergency around 2:08am. The hospital said that the lack of oxygen has never been an issue.
