Adeboye’s Redeemed church acquires 138 plots of land in Kenya for religious activities

- The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has bought 23 acres of land in Kenya for religious activities

- Adeboye made the announcement on social media saying the land was acquired in Turkana in Kenya

- The general overseer urged followers of the Christian faith to join the church in celebrating the achievement

The push to advance religion and win more souls to God has resulted in the acquisition of 23 acres of land (138 plots) by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Kenya.

The announcement was made by the general overseer of the church, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, which has branches in some parts of the world.

In a message on his social media handles, Adeboye said: "RCCG Solution Centre (The Kingdom Gems) recently acquired 23 Acres of Land in Turkana in Kenya, Glory be to God.

"This will become the RCCG Kingdom Gems Transformation Centre. Join us to thank God for this great achievement. The Kingdom is advancing forcefully."

The revered clergyman also posted photographs to show the official acquisition of the land.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Pastor Adeboye recently sent a message to believers concerning the spreading coronavirus.

Adeboye passed his message reassuring those who care to listen through a video posted on his official Instagram page.

According to the respected clergyman, the virus now ravaging some countries and spreading to others will not come near those who believe in God.

Legit.ng also reported that Leke, the son of the general overseer of the RCCG recently spoke on social media where he advised Christians.

The pastor's son advised Christians on his Instagram page.

Adeboye's son gave the advice based on his thoughts on the Marlian movement. Marlians are fans of Nigerian singer Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley.

In the post, the young man advised that no one can be a Christian and a Marlian at the same time.
