Callum Hudson-Odoi has posted a sweaty video to show his followers he has recovered from the coronavirus which he tested positive for on Friday, March 13.
Although, the Chelsea winger disclosed that he is still self-isolating, he further explained that he is following health guidelines but will be back on the pitch as soon as possible.
The 19-year-old promising winger is now the first Premier League player to be confirmed to have coronavirus which has been an headache for all humans in the world.
In a statement made available by the club, the Blues explained that Hudson-Odoi showed cold symptom and had to be taken away from the squad.
Chelsea announced that all their squad and coaching crew have gone into isolation following the heartbreaking news of Hudson-Odoi being tested positive to the virus.
The players has posted a short clip of himself working out on an exercise bike as he continued to ensure he keeps fit.
“Things started a little bit earlier (in the week),” Lollichon said. “Because there was a suspicion, there was an employee who was working at the training centre, who had symptoms that came quite close to that of coronavirus.
“When I arrived on Thursday morning, I was quickly told to head back home. We weren’t allowed to go to the training centre, training was cancelled as well.
“Tomorrow (Saturday), in theory, those due to be at the training centre to work, should be allowed to be there. The training centre has been completely disinfected.
“We don’t have the training schedule yet. There will be nothing this weekend, then decisions will be made at the beginning of next week, to know what planning will be put in place for training. No decision has been made yet.”
