Manchester United new signing Bruno Fernandes got his reign started at Old Trafford on a bright note after winning the Premier League's Player of the Month for February.
The Portugal international has been impressive for the Red Devils since he joined them from Sporting Lisbon on a five-year deal valued around €55 million.
He beat off competition from Marcos Alonso, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Matt Doherty and Nick Pope to the clinch the prestigious award.
Fernandes has scored three goals and four assists in nine appearances across competitions since he joined them two months ago.
The 25-year-old midfielder inspired United to victories in their Premier League victories against Chelsea and Watford.
While reacting to the award, Fernandes told Premier League official website it has been a childhood dream to play for the Red Devils.
He said: "Since I was a kid, it was a dream to play for Man United, and to be there at Old Trafford is the biggest dream of my career.
"When you come to a new club you always want to score, and the first goal is special. It doesn't matter how the goal is scored, but important is the goal's worth.

"I'm happy with my start, but from now I need to give more to be better."
Meanwhile, Fernandes had a chat with Laura Woods' Sky Sport about new life at the Premier League club.
"The decision was easy because when I had the chance to come, I didn't think twice," he said.
"I talked with Sporting, who had already had some discussions with Man United about my transfer and when they talk with me, I told them my first choice was Man United and it's what I need for my career.
"I see the same team from one month ago. I think we are the same and have a lot of hunger to win, to give a lot, to do better and better in every game.
"In the last month, we've had a lot of really good games and I think we can talk about a new start after Bruno; but it's not about Bruno, it's about the team.

The Portuguese star has contributed five goals - two and three assists in his first five Premier League appearances for the Red Devils since he joined them in January.
Fernandes emerged winner of the prestigious prize after polling 58 percent of the total votes - beating second-place Rui Patricio by almost 40 percent.
