Billionaire daughter Ifeoluwa Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy is currently heartbroken over the events happening as regards her debut EP.

The singer has been very vocal and excited about her new album. Infact, she involved her fans in the process of choosing the name of the new record.

Legit.ng earlier reported that the Gelato crooner called on her fans to help her get singer Tekno’s attention. She had shared a video on her Instagram story, telling them that she had not been able to reach Tekno.

A few hours after she shared the video, she told her fans to stop disturbing Tekno as he had reached out to her.

But it does not look like things are turning out well for DJ Cuppy as she took to her social media page to express her disappointment over the way her ‘industry friends’ are treating her.

Taking to the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter, the billionaire’s daughter said that recording her debut EP, Original Copy, has taught her a lot.

According to her, the deadline for the submission of the record is fast approaching but the artistes she is featuring on the record are yet to submit their vocals.

The heartbroken singer shared a photo showing her dejection. She noted that she is still waiting for the artistes to come through for her.

A few hours ago, Legit.ng reported that DJ Cuppy revealed how singer Teniola encouraged her when she was about giving up. She noted that Teni said that she also went through the same experience when she was working on her debut EP.

The energetic daughter of the billionaire noted that Teni’s kind words lifted her spirits as her encouragement came just in time.

Some upcoming artistes also used the opportunity to shoot their shots. They begged the singer to feature them on her EP rather than wait for the other singers.
