- Deontay Wilder's team wants the American to face Tyson Fury in trilogy

- Anthony Joshua is also on the side as a possible next opponent for Fury

Deontay Wilder's boxing team are now said to have informed the camp of British world champion Tyson Fury that they want another fight between these two heavyweight boxers.

Their desire for the third fight came after the American was mercilessly beaten by Briton Tyson Fury who was at his best on the night the fight held.

The first time Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder met in the ring, the encounter ended in draw although there were reports that the American should have won.

A rematch was however arranged between these two parties before they met again in Las Vegas in which Tyson Fury won convincingly.

Tyson Fury threw some brutal punches in the first two rounds which already gave him the edge to win the fight against Deontay Wilder.

But despite suffering some injuries in his mouth and ear, Deontay Wilder carried on until the seventh round before his coach was forced to throw in the towel and accepted defeat.

“Shelly Finkel rang me the morning after the fight to tell me they would probably invoke the immediate rematch.

“So that’s where we’re at right now. I’m assuming that the trilogy fight is going ahead.” Warren is said to have explained according to Givemesport.

Meanwhile, the final decision for a possible trilogy is now in the hands of Deontay Wilder if he wants to fight Tyson Fury again or not.

Before they met for the second time, there was a clause which gives a loser the chance to call for another fight if he wants to do so.
